From miners to merchants, politicians, pony express riders, and employees of the transcontinental railroad, Sacramento City: California's Gold Rush Legacy has it all!

Architectural Tour: From Canvas to Brick

From Canvas to Brick, traces the architectural history of Sacramento through the floods, fires, Gold Rush, coming of the capital, and 1960s redevelopment. Grab your cameras, join a tour group, and watch as Sacramento transforms from a waterlogged tent city to a series of sturdy brick buildings.

Special themed tours can be arranged for a variety of topics including, but not limited to:

Availability/Schedule
