Sacramento City: California’s Gold Rush Legacy
Using original and reconstructed Gold Rush era buildings as a backdrop, a historically attired guide describes Sacramento City as it was in the 19th Century on this walking tour. From miners to merchants, politicians, pony express riders, and employees of the transcontinental railroad, Sacramento City: California's Gold Rush Legacy has it all!
Historical Walking Tours are available through August 24, 2014 on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00AM. Tours will also be available Labor Day weekend, August 30, 31 and September 1, departing at 11:00AM and 1:00PM. Tickets are $5 for adults and youth (5 years old and younger are free). Tickets may be purchased online, in person at the Sacramento History Museum, or over the phone by calling (916) 808-7059.
Private Themed Tours:
